Issue in closing account

Hey i am having an issue, actually i accedentialy created and paypal accout as US citizen am an indian and now problem is that am not able to close my account

You probably can't close and certainly can't verify or use another countries paypal account.

Reach out to customer services and see if they can permanently limit it for you?
