payment received HOOOOWWW do I transfer to bank

I charged something on my credit card. This did not go through paypal, just a regular transaction in person at the grocery store.  My son sent me $30  via paypal  to pay me back for part of that charge.  I just want to transfer the $30 to my bank, which is already linked to paypal. 

In the transaction listing, I see I can do a refund. Is this how I get the $30  to my checking account.
