Seems like there is no way to contact customer support, can't find an email do make a request, or get to talk to a human in tchat, the only option we have is this stupid Ai chat bot which is completly useless and dont understand nor fix any of the issues i had and keep repeating itself over and over.. really annoying to have to come in here make a whole thread about my issue instead of having a regular good customer support..
Anyway, i can't find where to see the date of creation of my account and i need to be able to get that informations, it's not easilly accessible as i tried on both my phone and from a pc web browser, checking all the settings etc, can't find it..
I also need to be able to back track my activity from 2017 to 2018 to find some transactions i made, and again the site is bugged and only provide it for the last 2 years and impossible to acces data from 2017 or 2018 on my own, i dont know why you complicate everything, why is this not accessible directly ?
So here i am having to make a thread to retrieve that informations too... such a long process for simple things that should be accessible directly in a few clicks...
And is still havent found a way to talk to a human, the tchat Ai keep proving useless help and we have no option to say this is not working and need further help. Really annoying...
