We have never had an issue with our account until lately. We have had issue with the seller name on our account being our actual LLC name. We DBA a trademarked name and that is what the customers identify with. Customers are calling threatening chargebacks because they are getting notifications from a business name they do not recognize. How can this be changed? The customer is getting an email that is showing our LLC name not our DBA name.
On another note, this account was switched over away from the ship station to the shipping center for some reason that nobody has been unable to tell us. When that happened, this problem started. We also can't bulk ship anything to customers. Labels have to be shipped one at a time and all of our work in the ship station is gone. I found a way to get into the ship station back door but its not the options to ship our orders any more.
