I tried to change my name on PayPal, and when I changed it they asked me for a security check, and I put in my driver's license, and then I got a message on the email and on the website saying that my account was closed ‎because the age was under 18 😃. Although my driver's license says date of birth as 2002, this is random ineed help

Did you open your paypal account underage? If so then it would not matter what age you are now, as soon as paypal found out you opened it as a minor it would be limited as an illegally opened minor account.

Secondly you can only change a name for legal reasons eg marriage etc. Other than that you can change it for a 2 character mistake.

If the name on your account was another persons or a nickname then a change would not be available.
