Dear My PayPal account can not login. When I was login alert message that: we are having trouble making sure it's you How to solve? Would you please help Thanks

I phoned this number and was told it wasn't in order.

I had the very same problem.  An hour with Pay Pal Customer Services team on the phone and they couldn't help me at all.  This guy was amazing and I at last had access to my account.  Pay Pal take note!
