It's terrible - I am a pensioner and I use paypal to send gifts to my family for their birthdays- as they stay in a different country. Now I can not login to the account I have been using for over 10 years - and there is no one that can help me- I find this very stressful. They do not know- that I have been through a heart attack and a treble bypass and they treat me like this - they should be ashamed of themselves. ... View more

I am having the same problem - had this account for over 10 years and now I can not login. Recieved a email saying that I have to change my password - then I click on the link and then I get this "We are having trouble making sure it's you" I had to open a new account to get on here - and its so hard and impossible to contact anybody at paypal to explain my problem - can anyone help me - or advice me what I can do ? ...
