Two factor app issue for the corporate client (Latvia)

Hello, dear Commutity. I was asked from the corporate account, my friends, if I can ask this question.
So, account is gramatvediba @ buvpiegade.lv
They can not login because they changed the device and can not use anymore the app DUO for 2-factor auth.
They also can not switch to sms and can not login or even ask help. After they calle[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]answered that this number does not exist (call from Latvia).
How can they login if the password is OK, but 2-factor doesnt work? Can they ask someone to switch the account 2-factor to sms or unlock 2-factor? They have that mobile number access, they have email access so the only thing is lost access to auth app DUO.
