When trying to accept my own money it asks that I verify my identity using ssn. I have done this, there are no typos and yet it tells me "Some of this info couldn't be verified." This has been a problem for a while. What should I do? It makes me very nervous to share such important information often like that.
I just want to be able to actually use the PayPal account for the intended purpose.
I would reach out to customer services for assistance on this one.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out). 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
