Hi PayPal Community,
I recently used PayPal to receive payments from a gig platform. I have successfully transferred money from the gig platform to PayPal in the past, but recently, when I attempted the same transfer again, I received an email from PayPal with the subject "Your payment's waiting."
The email asked me to update my profile identity before PayPal could deposit the money into my account. I am able to update my personal information, but I am encountering a problem when trying to update my business information.
The issue is that I do not have a business. When I created my PayPal account in the past, I mistakenly selected "Business Account" instead of "Personal Account." Now, PayPal is requesting proof of a business address, which I do not have.
How can I resolve this issue?

To clarify, I am a part-time freelancer who started working about six months ago. I mistakenly created a business account 3-4 years ago. If I need to provide a business address, it would be my home address. What should I do in this case?
