Permanently limited account help

I made a PayPal account that I use to get money from discord. I send NORMAL pictures with people and they send me money. I think one person decided to try and refund the 10 euros they send me, Im not sure why when I provided them with what they needed. Then PayPal asked me to confirm my account and transactions so I gave my ID again and showed proof of my transactions but my account got permanently limited and I can't use PayPal anymore. Please help I dont know what I did wrong

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.

How will I withdraw money from limited PayPal account????

You can only withdraw the funds once you have received the email to say that you are eligible to do so.

If you have that then...............

In Kenya the normal withdrawal options available to you of MPESA or Equity Bank are not available after a permanent limitation. The only option still available when Paypal tell you that you can withdraw your funds is via a U.S bank account if you have one.
If you don't then you would need to contact customer services to help you access the funds from your permanently limited account.
