Hello, I am a resident of China with a personal PayPal account. I have recently established a company in Singapore and also possess a local personal Singaporean bank account. I would like to inquire about the following:

1. Am I eligible to register a PayPal Business account under the name of my Singapore-based company? If so, what documentation would be required for the registration process?

2. Upon successful registration of the PayPal Business account, would it be possible to withdraw funds to my personal bank account in Singapore?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a Paypal account registered in the country where you live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

Given that I have established a company in Singapore and also hold a personal bank account there, I understand that I should be able to register for a PayPal Business account under my Singapore-based company. For this registration, I intend to use all relevant Singapore company documentation, including the address, company registration certificate, and to add my personal Singapore bank account details.

Could you please confirm if my understanding is correct and advise if this approach aligns with PayPal's requirements for establishing a Business account in Singapore?
