How can I return the opportunity to receive and send money if I moved from Belarus to Georgia

I moved to Georgia from Belarus. Do I need to delete my paypal account that I registered in Brlarus and register a new one in Georgia? Or can I just link a Georgian card and everything will work and I will be able to send and receive money to my existing PayPal account?

Well you have a paypal account registered in Russia at the moment.

So if you are in Georgia then yes you would need to close the Belarus account and open a new one in Geogia.

You are allowed x2 paypal accounts if you are going back between the countries BUT x1 has to be a personal account and the other x1 a business account.
