As a host, i have 2 payments made to an email address that no longer exists and this address is linked to a PayPal account that has been closed. How do I reccuperate the money?

No one can pay to a closed paypal account.
It would show as unclaimed on the senders side and if it remained unclaimed would time out and go back to their funding source after 30 days.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
