I can't log into my account. I don't receive a message on my phone. Then a message appears - "We can't confirm that it's you".
What do I need to do?

Make sure you are logging in from a secure location and avoid using any VPNs or Proxy Servers.
Try some troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache and cookies or by using a different browser or device and try again at later time.
