I can't log in to my account ''We’re having trouble making sure it’s you''.

Hi guys , I hope to help me on this one cause I tried to call customer service but I cannot reach them for some reason. [removed] If someone knows another phone that I can call to customer service, please to share it with me.

So here is my story:

I did not used my PayPal account for quite long time  (maybe 10+ years) , and when I decide to use it again I logged in normally but , I have to make some changes to my details since I moved to another country, and I have to change my address ,country, phone number ,etc. So the first thing I did is to add the phone in the country I moved to  and remove the old one. After that every time I try to log in to my account I got this massage  "We’re having trouble making sure it’s you" and I can't log in. Any help would be much appreciated

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

You can however in most countries add a U.S bank account (not card) to your paypal account. This is because paypal is a U.S company and allows that option for U.S Paypal account holders working in other countries.

Can you tell me how to contact customer services because 

I was trying to call them on phone that they left for customer services  -->  [removed]

but it seems it's doesn't exist or I'm doing something wrong.

Do you know another phone to contact them?

Another options to reach them?

Or maybe will be easier  just to open another PayPal account in 

the country I'm leaving now since I don't have any  funds or issues to resolve with them.

The only details that will match with the old account and possibly the new will be:

- My name

- My e-mail

- My phone number (The only think I did is : changed my old number with the new one I got in the new country,

and just because the international phone codes are different that's why I got in to the trouble I think)

So my question is:

if I go and open new account what from the matching details can keep and which one should i change ? (obviously cant change my name 🙂

I did't change my country. Till yesterday, it was working fine but today once i tried to open it, its giving me error message "  We’re having trouble making sure it’s you". What I need to do to fix it
