How to turn off echeques

I am using a personal paypal account and have been warned by a ticketing company to turn off echeque acceptance on my seller preferences before listing my ticket. I've followed many google tutorials on how to do this but simply don't have the options to select as it suggests. Any help gratefully received. Thank you.

Click on the cog icon (settings) next to log out in your paypal account > seller tools on the white band under the blue band > scroll down to getting paid > payment receiving preferences > click on it > scroll down to block the following payments and put a dot in the pay with echeque option.

Thank you so much for reaching out to me, I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, I can only get as far as the 'getting paid' option as after that I don't have the 'payment receiving preferences' option, only the 'invoices' option under that header. I've read that this has been a problem for other PayPal users but it seems as though this was somehow resolved. Any further advice greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a U.K personal account and I logged in and went through to the echeque option before posting the above to check, not sure why your account is not the same?
