How to access account if phone number has changed

My phone number has changed before I remembered to update this in PP.

I have also forgotten my password.

I cannot reset my number without my password, I cannot reset my password without getting a verification to my phone number (whatsapp or text).

The only thing I have are the answers to my security questions.

Is there any other option to get access to my account? Like a number to ring or something.

A payment has been made there today.
