How do I set up 'Skip extra approvals for quicker payment'? When I go into that section to manage it it does not allow me to add contacts/ companies and there are no buttons there to set it up? How do i add contacts to this?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
