How do I add a personal PayPal account to my business PayPal account?

You have a personal account OR a business account.
You can have 1 of each if you want.
You can use your business account for personal transactions as well and vice versa.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
