Have to delete Paypal cookies EVERY time I want to log into Paypal ?

For some reason every time I try to log into Paypal I have to manually delete all Paypal cookies & cache before I can retry to log in.

After deleting I can log in but have to go through the same process every time ?????

This is only happening with Google Chrome.

Its also ok if I try going incognito.

Any advice appreciated.
