How do I edit customer names or email address in the contacts list.. there seems to be no way to do this.
I searched this forum top to bottom and all given solutions lead to dead ends or simply does not exist.
My problem is that I pay several businesses in China, their names are all in chinese characters and the email address is not listed with the name... I am catching my [Removed] to figure out who is who.
Clicking on a name to pay does not show the email address either...!!
There is no way I can find to edit the name to English... how can this be ?
If I have two customers with the same name the only way I can tell them apart is by email address...!!
Who in their right mind programmed this nitemare and thinks its a good idea not to be able to edit customer info...?
There are many frustrating things using PayPal but this is the worst ever I have encountered... and to crown it all off no Cus Rep from PayPal even ventures to help correct this atrocity.
