I assume that Paypal use my public IP address to identify the computer I use when I access my account. Since changing from Plusnet to BT full fibre I do not have a fixed IP address any longer. Presumably most broadband systems are the same. Now I get the 'We noticed a new device login' when logging in. Nedless to say, I am using the same computer and browser. Do others have the same situation?
