Capcha in endless login loop!!! PayPal customer support refuses to help

I have tried every suggested fix to stop Capcha from sending me into an endless loop of clicking grainy pictures every time I attempt to login! As in uninstalling and reinstalling the PayPal app (three times), as suggested by chat customer service after two hours, due to waiting 20 minutes for them to reply to each message in the chat; clearing cookies and caches and browsing history from my browser (Google) "for all time," as suggested by the PayPal community; installing the PayPal business app instead of PayPal personal app; and finally calling a clueless phone customer support agent who put me on hold for 45 minutes when she transferred me to her rude, more assertively clueless, supervisor who kept repeating over and over that PayPal had no control over Capcha, and you couldn't use an alternative login security method, and it was doing its security job correctly. HUH??? Then she told me it was probably my fault for logging in incorrectly (completely untrue) and suggested I not login for the rest of the day! Not only were PayPal's customer service agents incompetent and rude, but they refused to transfer me to technical support or another supervisor. Their supervisor actually lied to me and said that she, the first and only supervisor I was allowed to speak to, was the top supervisor for the company for both customer service AND tech support! Somehow I seriously doubt this is the case. Sarcasm intended. This week I started getting the same Capcha loop on my PayPal business account. It's my business payment gateway. I have to be able to login!!! Unless someone has a fix, I feel I have no option but to close both my PayPal accounts and change to another payment gateway with decent, accessible customer support. What a pain that will be after all these years with PayPal. But I have to be able to access my accounts and PayPal refuses to help! Anyone have any solutions I haven't tried?

Has PayPal resolved your issue?? I have a regular PayPal account that I'm running into the same bulls***. Every attempt to get my money out is denied. I've even tried closing my account. The costumer service lady said I couldn't even do that. So I asked to speak to supervisor. After waiting on hold for 5 min. The supervisor couldn't even help me. Jer best advice was for me to wait 2-3 days. For PayPal to figure it out..... This app is outdated and uninformed of how to properly fix the problems that occur more frequently than not. The competition has surpassed PayPal by a long shot.
