Cannot accept the Agreement error.

I am instructed to accept the new PayPal Thailand User Agreement, Thailand Relaunch Consent Agreement, and PayPal Thailand Privacy Statement.

However, doing so returns an error "something went wrong", no matter how many times I try.

How to get past this hurdle?
