Cannot Access My Account

I cannot access my account when I try to log-in the following message appear:
We’re having trouble making sure it’s you
And when I try to process through forget password it forced me to confirm my mobile number first and when I try to add my mobile number the following message appear:
This type of phone number isn't supported. Check your number and try again.
So I looked for resolution in the help center and I couldn't find anything related to issue
This issue appeared when someone sent me money

I have the same **bleep**ing problem i cant go into my account, i recently send money to my bank it did not appear .

Sorry to hear that you're not able to access your account. I recommend you to try some troubleshooting like clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser/device. Please make sure you're not using any public networks when accessing the account for security concerns. Also, avoid using VPN or proxy servers. If the issue persists, please give a call to the Support Team to help you with accessing your account. I recommend you to click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. you will see "Call Us" option at the bottom of the page during working hours.

 

@L1S1 A withdrawal or transfer to a bank account typically completes in 1 business day, but it can take up to 5 business days depending on your bank’s clearing process. If the money you transferred doesn't appear on your bank account after 5 business days, your bank may have encountered a problem during processing. We would recommend contacting your bank to enquire about receipt of the withdrawal. If the money is still not in your bank account after 7 business days, please contact the Support Team to look into this further.
