Hi
I'm trying to close my account because of fraudulent activity, but can't because of the following error:
This account cannot be closed because it currently has an active recurring payment, subscription or instalment plan, or autobilling profiles. If you would like to close your account, please first cancel the active profiles and then try again.
I don't know how to cancel a recurring payment or any of the other things, can anyone help?
Thanks
Paul

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
