Can I keep both a US and Canadian PayPal account?

I am a US citizen living in the US, and I maintain a personal PayPal account which my husband and I have jointly used to send and receive payments for our freelance writing for years now. My husband is a dual Canadian and US citizen, and I have been approved for my Canadian Permanent Residence (with intent to become a dual citizen as well), and we will be moving back to Canada soon.
Will it be possible for me to have both a US Paypal account (I am maintaining my US banking accounts), as well as a Canadian Paypal account (which I will attach to our Canadian banking institution)?

You are allowed x2 paypal accounts BUT x1 has to be a personal account and the other x1 has to be a business account.
You can't have 2 paypal accounts of the same type or you risk both being limited.
HOWEVER nothing to stop you and your husband both having individual personal paypal accounts each, yours in one country and his registered in another?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

That's fair! I think he may even have an old Canadian account he just hasn't used in a long time, which we can get back into. Thank you very much for the guidance!
