I mistakenly listed my nationality as US citizen in my PayPal account, but I am actually Indian. This information was provided seven years ago, and I now wish to update my nationality to Indian. Could you please assist me in making this correction?

The paypal account you open has to be registered in the country where you live. So if you live in the U.S you have the correct account.
