Paypal always tries to say they are waiting on the back office team to review. Well let me advise you that paypal reps use that as an excuse and they ARE the back office team!! If one rep will not help you, keep calling back because one of them will help you. Some reps are horrible and others will help you quickly. I just don't understand it but I sure do know calling and calling will help you.
