Help! Account limitations are preventing access to my bitcoin.

I’ve had PayPal for 11 years. I’ve used it 1-2 times a year for eBay purchases. I’ve recently bought bitcoin on PayPal (about 9 months ago). PayPal has put a limitation on my account which has locked my bitcoin. It’s been locked for 3 weeks now. Every time I call they claim 2-3 days to resolve the issue. I’ve spoke to supervisors and customer representatives. They all say they will open a ticket with the back office to resolve this issue. I need help to resolve this issue.

Ive tried customer service about 5 times. Each time they told me it’s with the “back office” and it will be review/released in 2-3 days. They are zero help.
