After completing each Paypal payment transaction, I receive email saying left logged in.

I use a Windows computer when purchasing online, and prefer to enter my Paypal password every time (despite the fact that it now wants to perform a secondary validation via email or text message every time), and choose not to have my device remembered. But still, after every payment is completed, I receive an email telling me that "Since we recognize this device, you’ll continue to stay logged in, so you can skip typing your password during certain activities such as check out." I specifically do not want this, and have turned off the Auto login option, but every time I have to log back in to Paypal and turn that option off again. How can I permanently suppress ever being left logged in to Paypal?
