Im based in South Africa and we don't have routine number . How can i link my bank account without a routine number . Besides I don't have a U.S bank ac

Also you can however in most countries add a U.S bank account (not card) to a Paypal account. This is because Paypal is a U.S company and allows that option for U.S citizens working in other countries.
