Hi,

I recently made a new paypal account but i need to fill out a form where i need to give some additional information of myself.

Now my question is: when making my account i never entered a country where i live in, and now i need to fill in my adress in the form.
But for some reason i am registered in the Netherlands, while i live in Belgium so whenever i want to enter my adress its wrong and paypal would not let me continue.
Because there is no matching adresses in the Netherlands, could someone help me out please?

Thank you in advance!

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a Paypal account registered in the country where you live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

When you click to register an account there is a drop down list of countries with U.S at the top (as Paypal is a U.S company) >  you click on the drop down list and scroll down to your country.

For some reason you must have been on the Dutch site when you opened your account. You cannot change country in settings, you would need to close that account (if you can) and open one in the correct country.
