My account has been "Permanently suspended" and I don't know why. I was selling items on Depop in Ireland. My account was linked with Australia (which I didn't realise). I wasn't seeing any money arriving in my account. I saw that I had to verify my transactions. Once I uploaded documents relating to each sale I was permanently suspended. Now PayPal will not give me access to any of the payments I have received and won't let me re link my account to Depop. Can anyone help with this ? I'm not sure how to get the account unsuspended.
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a Paypal account registered in the country where you now live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
Hey Keronwlass, Thanks for the reply. Separately I have set up a new account in my country, but I'm still unable to get the money from my old account. Is it possible to get this released do you know ?
