why i can not login my account ?

I cannot log in to my account even though the information is correct (photo attached). When I log in it says " Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again." And you can't press forgot password. I need some help

It sounds like a glitch that you're receiving error message after entering correct login information. Please try to clear cache, cookies history from your browser or try using different device/browser to see if this works. if the issue persists, please give a call to PayPal Support team to get access to your account. You can find the number by clicking the 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of PayPal page.
