"we couldn't verify it's you" is killing me

I want to link a Transferwise bank account but I don't receive any verification code on my phone number, and now I get "we couldn't verify it's you" screen. I tried to call the customer service they aren't working. some help please!

Paypal does not accept transferwise as per mods reply in this link.
