I have just arranged to be sent some money owed to me through PayPal. While I often send money using PayPal, this was the first time I have ever received money through PayPal. When the sender told me that the money had apparently been sent without incident--it was the sender's first use of PayPal to send money--I expected some notification, whether via email or a text. No notification ever came through. My PayPal account did show the money as having been sent to me, and after linking the bank account I wanted the money to go to, I was able to have it transferred.
So far as I can tell, I have my notifications set for both emails and texts but, again, I receive a notification through neither. Is there a setting I'm missing? Notifications would be helpful. Thank you.
