I've been trying to log in to my profile for two days now.
Yesterday I never received the authorization code and since then I have not been able to log in at all!
When finally, after several hours, the code arrived in the email, the page for entering the code does not appear at all, it says that you are not able to establish that it is me!!!
The same profile, the same computer and the same mobile phone number forever!!
What is happening??

As per the information that you have shared, it is possible that this issue might due to a glitch with the service provider. In this case, I would recommend trying these below-mentioned steps:
•Reboot the phone to refresh the network signal.
• Clear phone inbox to ensure it is not full (for old phones with limited SMS capacity).
• Check if there are any phone applications/settings that are filtering SMS.
• Alternatively, you may swap the SIM to another phone to verify if the delivery issue is phone related.
• Check if you are in roaming.

Hi,
None of this helps me, the problem is still the same, I don't get the sms code. On other pages where confirmation is requested and where SMS codes are sent, everything works... so it's not my fault. I just received an SMS code from ebay ...
