login is stupid

What is this in the right up corner on www.paypal.com ?? There is no LOGIN. Simple login but 2 empty buttons ?? And why there is no pay pal email for this purposes but some stupid bot. And finally Why is LOGIN so mysterious for PAYPLA so it has to be under 3 screens + fake buttons ???????

One more thing. iOS app sucks. It has limited sets of features. For example I cannot cancel subscribed payments from mobile. I have to go to the web version - WHY??

Sorry for the trouble you're facing through PayPal login page. It could be a technical glitch that you're seeing empty options in login page. Please try clearing cache/cookies and also try using a different browser or device to see if this works. There are some functionalities that can be accessed from a web version.
