how do i speak chat to paypal if i cannot speak (due to illness) the assistant is no help

I am currently off work due to a severe throat condition which means I cannot speak on the telephone, Is there any live-chat available.  I tries the message service but that takes me to a chat-assistant which is no help at all.  I am having problems with account and need to chat to somebody asap.

If we can't advise then your options are.........

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
