it’s my PayPal.me username on my personal (not business) account.

Then unfortunately there is no automatic way for you to change the name online, you have to contact customer services and they will change it for you.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thank you for the info. I talked to customer service and they said my PayPal.me username cannot be changed. My only choice would be to close my personal account and open a business account. Not sure I understand their logic. Disappointing!

Try again, even the moderators state customer services will change your paypal.me name for you if you contact them.

Probably just got a call centre agent that couldn't be bothered.
