I have my depop account connected to my PayPal account, A buyer sent money to my PayPal but when I try to log in it says "account no longer exists" even when I do password recovery/email recovery. I cannot access the money nor can I refund/ship without it. What should I do?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
