country change

Hello i move from one European Country to a other one. 

I do not have a new telephone Number yet or a new bank account. 

Can i just change the adress or do i need to delete my account and open a new one in a new country.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

How Sad, 

especially cause it is in between Europe. 

Paypal should work on this. Cause with other Plattforms like Revolut and Etoro it is not a problem. 

Thats from my point of view, working in Moneysector, very bad point. 

Such big companies should influence the EUROpean law more to bring countries together and make the movement inbetween easier.
