My account is limited and have RM21.62 and I want redraw it, its say minimum RM40, fine. i want close account , it say

Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post. 

If you go to the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account there should be some steps there you will need to complete in order to have the limitation lifted.

My account is 0, I click remove bank and it say can't remove bank yet. I click close account and it say sorry,there`s a problem
