(A, your old platform here is **bleep**,

When updating fields, it does not save the email I just spend the time I'll never get back at the end of my life waisting. This is just another example of why all things PayPal suck.

**bleep**, just **bleep**.

Here is the original message.

Hey

Can't log in. And as expected from PayPal all roads require a bloody login. Call us. Oh that needs a login. How about a password reset? Nope, it's the classic PayPal zero context "We're sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again later."

AKA we don't want to bother those people in dev to give our users the proper context, because that's how PayPal rolls. 1998 UI and UX style all the way. And as for CX and CS, we'd need to go back into the 80's. If ever there was a time when you could rely on a company to be so constantly bad at service.

So while I'm here and ranting. I also have an issue with bank accounts syncing. I updated my Primary bank account in my account. Commonwealth Bank. (australia) And PayPal continues not to acknowledge the change and has even sent a few dollars to a collection agency.  Even tho I have deleted it all twice now and redid it in the hope it would work. But of course not.

So that needs to be fixed. Likely the reason for being locked out of the account?

So I cant log in.

Cant set the primary bank account.

thanks

Who knows.
