I opened this account to send money  to my mom why shes in the hopsital, it was only temporary i have a chime I am waiting on I do not need two, but it will not let me close it why? I do not think I owe any money    I looked at the list of why, so why cant I close it?

If there's a chance that you might want to use PayPal in the future, it's a good idea to keep your account open. There's no fee to keep your account open unless it becomes inactive. Kindly note that it is not possible to close an account with a remaining balance, an account limitation, or other unresolved issues by checking your Resolution Center.
