Your account can't be closed

hello,

I want to change my account from Bussiness to Personal. When I go to profile settings I can see my account type listed as: bussiness

There is a "close account" that I can click, next to this information. But when I try to close it, I get messagge "Your account can't be closed", please contact paypal. 

What reason could it be, that I cannot close / change my account from bussiness to personal?

And how can I get some support directly from paypal? I think paypal should tell me, why it does not let me change / close my account, not a community.

To downgrade a business account to personal, you must contact customer service. There’s no way we can do it from our accounts. Only for upgrading we can.
