Why is security code required multiple times?

When logging in I often get a message that my password is wrong, but I know it as well as I know my own name. I then have to request a securuty code.
They often take a long time to arrive, and usually 2 at a time. When I enter the code, it is often rejected and I have to go through the nonsense again. I finally get access to my account but have to go through the repetition process again and again in order to transfer out my money. About 2 years ago I received an email from PayPal thelling me that I don't have to go through the 2 step verification because they recognize my device. Ha Ha!
I am sick of getting the runaraound.

I see you're facing issues while logging in as the system is not recognizing your password. In such cases, I would recommend you to login using a computer and Reset your password and security question. Also, make sure you logout of all the other devices to maintain a trusted device, go through the instructions mentioned in the Article.
