When trying to add an extra email to my account

When trying to add an extra email to my account, I get a message telling me it had to be removed from "the other account." I have NO other account! PayPal's "help" is utterly USELESS, and you customer "service" is worse than pathetic.

Well this is not customer services, its a user to user advice forum.

So if you want someone to give up their time to help you I suggest you ask a little more politely.
